| | today i watched and heard beautiful classical music.
i wanted to be elizabeth bennet and dance in straight lines to strings and horns.
i saw a man scoop up his daughter with a mane of curly blonde hair and hold her in only such a way a father can.
i wanted to be that small and secure again.
i saw artists and poets and musicians DOING what they love.
i want to do it all..."in theory".
sometimes i put aside all my creativity and let it ferment but when i
realize just how much i want to learn and try and do it is simply
overwhelming to even begin. how dare i be intimidated by the notion of
my own potential to fail. but you know...good or bad: expression,
creativity, imagination, and art are divine.
expression really does a body good.
