| | i also recommend that you never eat 2 donuts and half a bag of movie popcorn for a whole day. you will get sick. ah, life in the busy lane...today was sunday. i did 4 things today: 1. had rehearsal. 2. went to see the da vinci code. 3. went to church. 4. went to lydia's apartment to watch the finale of desperate housewives.
and i probably had about a million other things i was supposed to do today...some of which (like homework) i will now do, as my sanity dwindles into a low-blood-sugar stupor.
i need to get this eating business figured out because i nearly collapsed or something throughout the later part of the day. this is bad...i just keep saying "wait until summer" for all the little things i want to fix or get help for. geez. what happened to me?
::shakes head::
the da vinci code was alright. coulda been better. but i do love tom hanks, audrey tautou and ian mckellen. so whatev. the book was a little better, but to be perfectly honest, i dont even like that book as much as i like the prequel angels and demons. that one should be made into a movie. it always bothered me that there wasn't enough "da vinci" in the story to be "the da vinci code". dan brown is a good action writer but i think it works against him because you never end up empathizing with the characters as much as you would in a different genre. well, maybe its just the genre then. but i couldn't give a rats ass about robert langdon because he makes no important decisions. he's not a flawed character and that makes him kinda boring.
anyway. i need to go critique some other crappy stories for class tomorrow. whoopee. lets hope someone writes about another effing race...or...how about some good old fashioned good guys v. bad guys...thats a classic. ::yawn::
