This dude flipped shit at me at work

alright. So the guy comes over to the counter all pissed off. "they double scanned the cat food. This is the godamn 3rd time this happend, thsi shits gotta stop" alright. So i ask him for the item to refund it. So he's all pissed and says for me to go get his cart in the fron t of the store, i'm like no, u have to go get it. So in the meantime i take a lottery, every other customer there is like "he's a dick, fuck him" quoting one, and they said it kinda loud, i think the dude heard. So he comes back and i ask him to take the bag out and put it on the counter. He says no, u come get it. Now he's really flipping out since i made him wait while i was finishing up the lotto. While i'm walking to get it and lifting it up he's going off. I look him right in the eye and say "calm down, its gonna take a few". Now he's like void the whole order. I'm like i can't..." the dude cuts me off and is like if u don't i'm gonna get my lawyer. So i'm like fine, its gonna take me an hour. Then the old guy in line for lotto is like "charlie, fuck him, get a manager over here, fuck him" i continue and the front end manager comes over. I ask her, already knowing the answer, if i needed to scan it and she's like "of course, its the store rules" and i give the man a look. Then the manager comes over and the guy starts saying the "clerk was patronizing me" and all this shit. Whatever. all over 10.99.
