it's undeniable that it's so much more convenient now that i've moved. but for all the convenience, i still miss my old place.. at least i won't have to deal with the headache of where to put my books. i have them placed in the top cupboard of my closet but apparently because i have too many books, it's too heavy and as such it weighed down the boards so much that i can't open the closet doors -_-;;

I know most people would say that I should just give my books away or donate them, what they don't get is that I"ve ALREADY given away all the books I can. the rest are ones that I read on a regular basis. I am a fast reader and I go through a novel in about 2 to 3 hours. Throw in the fact that I usually read for at least an hour every night before I go to bed, well I need a LOT of reading material which is why I reread my books. and then there are those books that I've read as a kid and for some reason I just can't part with. LIke my Enid Blytons. I've given up all my Sweet Valley Highs etc but Enid Blyton just takes me back to a happy place. I love the feeling of immersing yourself into another writer's world and exploring every niche of it. I dunno. Maybe I should just give up my bed, sleep on the floor and pile books everywhere in my room.
