  • Love this man's music.

Today Jean and I went to Grove Park Inn to enjoy brunch and view the Gingerbread Houses.  The wait to view the gingerbread houses was over an hour.  We will have to go back to see them.

Took the two grandsons to a park in the area that is decorated with all sorts of holiday lights and holiday scenes.  They liked it.  My head is about to burst from the noise they kept making.  Such funny little guys.  We played a game of counting decorations on the road.  Everytime someone would call out how many points they had, Isaac would say the next number...."I got 10,"  Ian,  "I got 11,"  Isaac would yell.  We all would laugh at him, then he would go back to 3.  Such a funny fellow.

There are no leaves left on the trees in the mountains.  I guess it is time for them to be gone, but it seems a bit sad anyway.

    Have a good week.

  • They must have some gingerbread house at the Grove Park Inn. Heck, it is a neat place without the decorations for Christmas. I remember being there a number of years ago around the Christmas season but I don't remember a gingerbread house.
  • Sounds like fun.  My driveway is awash in leaves, but it's going to rain today and I refuse to pick up wet leaves.  The tree is not quite done shedding, but perhaps by next week it'll all be over with and I can put the rake away for another year.  Have a great week!
  • oops.....am I supposed to know who that man is??  Please tell me.  Christy
