From time to time I have to put up a photo that has pleasant memories or makes me happy, or makes me laugh. This one makes me happy. Jonathan has very little hair now. Will has much less also. Nor do i. ha!

The rains came this afternoon. Boy! did it rain. The causeway between my place and the neighbor's land was full in a couple of places. I will give you an update on how much rain fell when I learn it myself. Lots of lightning. Lots!

Well, dil is in San Francisco tonight. She went with a friend who is in charge of this meeting. I don't know what it is exactly, but some kind of national meeting. I think I have told you before, but I taughter my dil and several of her friends. This particular friend works in some kind of athletic or computer business. I can't remember, but I think she was married a very short time, and took her maiden name back. Maybe I am wrong about the exact details, but there is some story there.
Isabella went to spend the night with her friend. Will and the two boys went to a football game tonight. This is the first weekend of Will's vacation.

Dad didn't want to get a haircut this morning. I sure didn't make him get up and go do it. I think some day he just won't wake up. I guess that would be a good way to go for a 90 year old gentleman. My brother and sister would probably hit the roof if they knew I said that, but they visit him when they are home.....'nuff said.

Today has been a figure out and waste time day. I needed it.

BF and I had dinner together at a buffet near in the general area. It was about half way for me and him. His daughter and sil are staying a few nights with him. They are in town for a wedding. This is about the 4th time they have stayed with him while attending or being in a wedding.SIL's parents will be in town for the wedding tomorrow. So, BF has been told that the parents of his sil will visit tomorrow.....he is vacuuming...ha

I was thinking about starting another daylily area in my back yard. I got to think about it. The ones I had at the old house were started by the old lady's son who was an agriculture specialist at Clemson University. There were some beautiful daylillies in the yard. some were very unusual. I added some more modern types and kinds. Then the city came in to level the old garage in the back of the house beside the daylily bed. The city tore down the wrong building. It should have been the garage next door. I didn't have enough $ to sue them, so I could do nothing about it at that point in my life. There were some interesting plants in that yard. The house had been built in 1907. The plants were fascinating. Wild azaleas, the daylillies, lots and lots of daffodils, English dogwood, other kind of bushes and shrubs that mostly bloomed throughout the growing season. That was what I hated giving up when I left one autumn day. But that could not be helped. The end.
