"Swing low, er, swing high, sweet chariot....."
We had a good time at the ballgame until it started raining. By the time Dianne and I got to the other side of the field, it has stopped, but we didn't want to walk back....Didn't I tell you that they would not be such good seats? We were in the last section, last seat, but thankfully, not the last row. They were bleacher seats and I thought we should have just gotten our own seats. Jonathan did and had good seats.
I went over and helped Jonathan pack more glasses, breakables, kitchen things, and such. We made great headway on it. The movers will be there on Monday to put things in the rented POD. The more things are packed in, the less Jonathan and Brooke have to pay. Jonathan will be here probably from tomorrow night. Brooke's situation is different and I have figured out how to accomodate her if needed.
I am getting more and more interested in moving closer to town and to my sons. The last illness made me realize that I am way out here and it is hard for them to get to me when I get sick or anything happens. I will be thinking on this for the next few weeks.
The dogs will come and stay with me very soon. Probably tomorrow night. I am looking forward to it.

I wonder if my dogs would do that!

Hi kiddo. Just stopped by to check on you and see how you are doing. Just when i got time on line, the grandkids are calling.. GGRR I put them in the tub a little while ago, so will see whats the problem now.. Catch ya later. Hey been holding you up in prayer, just wanted to let you know... wink
Do you own your home? Would you buy another place or rent or what? Sounds like a good move if you are out away from family and services you might need.
Sounds like you have been busy and having a bit of fun.
Good!
Moving closer to our kids is sometimes a good idea. And pondering on it is a good idea, too. Let us know what you decide!
Hugs, C.
Cute pic!
Sounds like moving day is getting close. Blah. I hate to think about those days, since we will have to do it again in the future.
I hope you are feeling much better, Cyn. I haven't been able to backread on everyone, just a tidbit or snipit here and there. Do they have the headaches under control now?
I agree....a move closer to sons would be a good thing. Does BF live closer to you or to them?
I know you are keeping busy with work, Dad, kids and grands. You wear me out with all you do!
I also wanted to tell you that I am sorry I haven't been over and chatting much lately. I can't wait till this school thing ends so that I can get back to my friends on here! :)
We are knocking down the days quickly!!! woohooooo!
Moving closer to the boys doesn't sound like a bad idea at all.
Rain and ballgames . . . I guess if the rain is as cold as it is here in the mountains, leaving is a good thing. But of course, it will always quit raining as soon as you reach shelter.

I always kept an umbrella in the truck for my son's ballgames... the big beach umbrella so I could share.
