I have roughly a month and a half of school to finish, but I don't want to do it. -
My dentist is a perfectionist and put little attachments on my teeth to make my Invisalign tighter. -
I haven't touched my camera in at least a week. -
All that said, what makes a person "negative"? Lately, when I catch myself saying anything other than "Great!" to a question of "How are you?" I feel guilty. I don't want to be the type of person that drains people, but where is the line between sharing one's thoughts and becoming a good-mood vampire?
I guess the answer to that is to think positive thoughts...

I find there are upbeat ways of saying, "eh, could be better". Say that with a nod, and it might be taken as an optimistic negative response.
Otherwise, try some of these other responses:
I'm better now that you're here! (that will require you to like the person you're responding to)
I'm just peachy.
I'm kiwi lime and feelin' fine!
I feel like a hairy irregular verb.
It's a dog eat dog world and I'm wearing Milk Bone underwear.
I'm moderately neat-o.
I'm not unwell, thank you.
I'm in a wild flux between being and becoming.
Those last 3 will cheese people off, therefore, I recommend those.
