【明報專訊】睡眠不足會影響精神狀態,原來睡眠過多亦不是好事。有法國睡眠專家指出,喜歡賴床、經常做夢及長時間睡眠超過8小時的人,其實都是病人,應該到醫院求診,而賴床更首次被納入「睡眠障礙」的國際分類標準中

我有那天不是睡超過8小時呢?

嗚呼哀哉,原來我連生理上都是有問題的。
