1 cup of black tea with milk 1 cup of coffee with cream 2 whey protein shakes 1 turkey breast sandwich on 12-grain bread with American cheese 1 Kashi GoLean™ bar 1 banana 9 tiny squares of focaccia (with olive oil and rosemary) 2 slices of chicken and artichoke pizza 2 slices of Neapolitan pizza 4 (approximately) Miller Light™ beers multivitamin, vitamin C and zinc supplements
