| | Yay for a post-work-drinkie. Specifically:
Yes, it's true, Cooper enjoys the low-calorie, naturally smooth taste of one of the cheapest canned beers on the market today. Reasonably priced at $11.99 for 30 cans, and a mere 65 calories per 12 ounce serving, it's the proverbial best bang for your buck.
So, after my work-free morning, the rest of the day was exhausting. I taught for a few hours, and then the rest of the day was at church for a meeting, rehearsal, service and another rehearsal. It seems that the amount of work for this job is not letting up, although I think it will after Easter in a couple weeks. I'm having a bit more success with the choir, they're working harder for me, and getting some decent results. But it's still a whole lotta work getting them to sound decent. I guess it's all paying off (financially), but right now, I'd rather have the time off and less of the stress. Which brings me back to my drinkie.
On an unrelated note (well maybe partially related to my drinkie), I'm watching The Contender on NBC. It's a truly awful show, in the unfortunate recent tradition of "reality" TV. What's ridiculous (yet somehow titillating) about this one, is the prettiness of all the contestants. I mean, honestly, they're all nice midwestern guys wearing makeup, attempting to be boxers on TV! Oh, never mind. Cooper just likes looking at the muscular pretty boys.
Ok, buona notte, ragazzi. Coraggio.
