Love that first shot especially -- the black on the top edge really sets off the glistening white of the onion. AND we had corned beef, kale, mashed potatoes, and cheddar/chive scones for dinner, and pineapple for dessert. Do great minds eat alike or what?!?

Oh good job. I'll remember learning about minimalist photos here. Sounds like you had a St. Paddy's Day meal.

I like the onion picture. It was a very fresh onion. I can see the juice. Did your eyes water? GS

How about minimalist food pics for our April theme, inspired by your egg and onion?

During the months of March & April, H.E.A.R.T.S. (Homeschoolers Educating,Assisting & REaching-out Through Service) are asking for participants to create handmade blankets for those in need.  You do NOT need to know how to sew, crochet, or knit to participate!

Please visit my homeschool blog for directions. You can help someone keep warm this winter! "... Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me." [Matt. 25::40]
