 Cure for frustration.........

Photographing and photoshopping!  And blogging!

Husband gave me a beautiful Easter bouquet.  I played with it for an hour.  Then I played with this image in photoshop for a few minutes.

I'm not feeling on top of anything these days.   That's hard for a control freak like me.   Personal dynamics seem all out of balance with everyone for one reason or another.  It's like the Twilight Zone, and the days have been just plain hard.

Trying to stay in the present moment....reaching for a better-feeling thought........

*The baby is sleeping- that's a good thought.

*Daughter is feeling somewhat better form her feverish week.

*The ice cream truck is going by with it's cheery music right now....

*Son seems content at the moment without his newly-acquired gameboy.  That's good.

*I am not making dinner tonight- we're going out- that feels really good!

"My intake, assimilation, and elimination are in perfect balance....(life experiences)
I am at peace with life"
-Louise Hay-ish

Another favorite of mine from Louise Hay: (paraphrased)
"I trust the process of life.
Everything I need is given/provided to me
I am safe"

Oops..the baby is up......

(knowing a little of your process, at the moment, i think thee is just seeing/feeling symptoms (sp?) of change. we'll talk there tends to be discomfort when one removes some of the old structures and hasn't replaced them with new ones (or let the Universe manage that, which may also take some getting used to
beautiful photo, as always. (i'm really thinking we need to do a book of yours....and put in front window of my (future) bookstore? fun!)

Yeah, what BK said! :)

I wonder if you have any clue how wonderful you are. Even when you're "not on top of things" or "out of balance" you are perfect and I adore you. (What's more, I know for a fact that I am not alone.)

Beautiful picture. Beautiful You.

P.S. Can I entice you to come to the park tomorrow? We'll be there at nine.
