If I hurry I can make my second entry in the month of July

so this month has really been a real pleasure for me, as guitarbanjoguy pointed out so well from Jim Baysinger's lesson

sure enjoyed seeing some xangans at Eminence - you wrote some edifying things about the meeting which curlycountertop appreciates -    most quotable quote from the meeting would have to be a Tom Dennis classic:

"I was going to do this, BUT....   well, I thought about doing that, BUT ....  and I am just afraid a lot of people are going to BUT themselves out of heaven."

yet another example of the TDD stealth humor

last week was spent with the inimitable Roman 'Roger' Wanasen in visits to Ozark, Vienna, Vincennes, Bloomfield, Chapel Glen, Grand Haven, and Itasca.   Our brother Roger has an excellent spirit, full of grace and therefore able to encourage as well as meet error with patience and kindness.  He is now in the able hands of brother Louis Garbi (we await his transformation to xanga)      pray for Roger and Louis as they travel to Brookfield tonight, then Pleasant Hill, Blue Springs, Topeka, Ottawa, Smart Road, Memphis, before heading home via CA ...   almost four weeks away from his home, long for his family, but too short for us.

hope to see some of you at Gregory on Sunday.   Anyone want to go to London with me?  I am leaving Tuesday and coming back the next Tuesday.

I have been enjoying the campout quotes that I have seen, also!

It was good to see Roman/Roger, even if it was for a tiny bit when he was able to be at our house.

Nice lunch date, Tommy.  No Cynth isn't a xangan yet, but perhaps she will consider it.

Hah, I wouldn't know if he has it memorized, I'm not even sure if he's done yet, but he seems to be working really hard. I tried to convince him to do another powerpoint, but to no avail... he hates stuff like that.

Short summary under ~comments~ on the first set of questions on my site.  Will post more later because probably some might think they are being nosy reading comments...but no, it would be fine with me.

I've enjoyed reading the description of the campout and seeing the quotes too.  Good one you used by TDD.

As phrased by the KJV,  apostle Paul uses the "BUT" excuse in a positive sense of why NOT TO continue in SIN:   1 Cor 6:11... "And such were some of you: BUT ye are washed, BUT ye are sanctified, BUT ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God."
