  Happy Fourth of July!
  Hope that everyone has a safe and enjoyable one!

   It's not the size of your accomplishments that matter; it's the attitude behind them.

  Wishing you could change the whole world is noble, but actually changing your own tiny corner of the world is nobler still.

  Being content with who you are is one of the most worthwhile accomplishments in life. It's also one of the hardest. Don't give up..

  My biggest fear? No it's not spiders or snakes or even
  clowns. Although I do tend to have nightmares about
  them. But this fear is much bigger. Bigger than me
  or you. The fear of leaving this world without affecting
  someone's life. Without leaving a memory of me
  somewhere on this earth. That’s what I’m afraid of.

  As I've grown, I've learned several things. Life is full of disappointments & people you trusted will sooner or later let you down. I've learned that often those you love will love someone else & there's only one way to fall; fast & hard. I've learned that out of thousands of smiles, it takes one to touch your heart. I've found that words can be deceiving, but the truth always lies in a person's eyes. I've learned that everything can change in the blink of an eye & tears often come without invitation. I've learned crying can make us stronger & there is never too much love to go around. I've learned that prejudice helps no one & that weapons don't hurt people, people hurt people. I've learned sticks & stones may leave cuts and bruises but harsh words leave scars. I've found that every time you give someone a piece of your heart, it's a piece that you will never get back. I've learned the past is meant to be put behind us & we can't dwell on regrets, for what's done is done. I've learned that trusting yourself is the first step & that forgiving is remembering that helps your own heart more then theirs. I've found that family isn't always blood & everyone is someone's hero. I've learned life is unexpected & that God can do anything. I've learned some things aren't meant to be understood & that only time heals. I've found that imagination is our greatest gift & that we are meant to dream for a reason. I've learned it is never too late to fall in love & that being "beautiful" is all on the inside. Mistakes are our best teachers & everything happens for a reason. Only then can you live life to it's full & true potential.

  After awhile you start to get sick of a lot of things. You start to close yourself off from the world; you start to shun everyone out of your life. You just want to be left alone & you start to believe that the world really does hate you & no one really cares about you, & the only person you can really depend on is yourself. But really, you need to face the fact that this is reality. You can't automatically change what you want life to be. Life's just life. It just happens. Whatever happens, tends to happen for a reason. You can't exactly make life into something really happy, like it's some kind of switch, you know? There's no switch, no On or Off button. You just gotta be a good girl & suck it up. If friends backstab you, it's okay, you'll meet new & better people, share new things, & probably gain some & lose some, as they say. In life, of course you're going to get your heart broken more then once, but it's okay because in each relationship you've had you've learned different things from your partner. They either taught you, helped you, or made you into a better person. Each relationship you're in, you can fix the mistakes you had in the past relationships; you get a second chance. You'll meet many people who will inspire you, inspire you to be a better person, but in the end, it all adds up. Are you willing to put all the tears, all the pain, all the hurt aside, & live life? Make life as something really special, make it like it was your last day, never worry about tomorrow; worry about today. Never let words get to you; words are cheap. Actions speak a lot louder, you hear me?
