| | I haven't taken a lot of time to work on my websites lately because I started a new project. And I am the project. I started an exercise program two weeks ago and have actually kept up with it. I used to do aerobics and lift weights for years, but then I got sick and have not gotten any better since. The doctors made me quit working out altogether. I'm a human time bomb, they say. So for the last 13 years while they have tried and tried to find a remedy to fix me (grins), I've been lazy. (And I haven't, er, exploded yet either.) I finally decided that it wasn't going to happen. I'm not going to get any better, and I am disgusted with laying around, doing nothing. So I am now ignoring my doctors orders and am intent on getting back in shape. I just can't seem to believe that doing nothing helps me in any way. If I explode, I'll let you know. (smirk) Otherwise, I will be exercising away and enjoying the hell out of it. I'm kinda behind on the new fitness fads, so if anybody has any good tips, advise away. |
