Today I am going to have some fun! I am going out to lunch with my friend Ashley. We are walking to the lake, thats less than a mile from my house, and are going to wander and look for good pictures to take for her black and white photography class.
oh, Its suppose to be 88 degrees today, yay! i might just tan.. But next week it goes back into the 60s and rainy. Is the weather wierd where u live? I'm in WA.
The last 2 weeks I have been consuming an avg of 1699cals. I haven't gain though.
I started my period so my weight was higher than usual but nows it down to 136.8 from 138.6. A few days before I started I took a nap every day (3hrs) and slept 8hrs a night.
Today is going well, had a smoothie and some goldfish crackers. I got a new blender. A kitchenAid one. Usually they are $199.99 but I got it at a garage sale for $35. Its was practically new (they had two of everything cuz they just got married)
.5 banana
.5 cup strawberry
strawberry yogert
2T protein powder
half can of diet vault (for sugar and energy)
2cups ice.
I couldn't taste the protein powder witch was good. So filling and only 273cals.(-that may seem high, but my protein powder is 123cal and 25g protein) Made alot cuz ;I added all that ice. And I got my fruit intake for the day too :)

Aw don't say that! everyone is beautiful :] some guys are just stupid and don't realize what's infront of them because most guys would like a slut rather than someone with class, its rare to find a nice guy..i was lucky to find my boy; its amazing when you find one tho! and you will!!.. and nooo to be beautiful doesn't mean you have to be skinny.. i mean, ive seen skinny people that arent attractive, no offence to themmm lol..and i've seen many of people who are heavier that are gorgeous!!
and the yogurt.. its lite&fit i think.. dannon or something like that.. its really good!

Oh yes, I have weird weather as well.
I didn't start getting constant hot degrees until about half a month ago. Before then, It'd be hot one day, rainy another, cold the next. You'd think, in the south, It'd be warm around February. lol
I used to live in WA. In Tacoma. All I really remember is the snowy winters. haha.
My fav spluge is probably.. rice crispy treats.. yummm. I love those so, soooo much.
I'm a sucker for any kind of sweet really.
As for my fav show, I don't really have one. I just watch what I'm interested in at the time. What about you?
I heard about the plus size winner. It took 10 cycles to get a normal girl. haha. I agree, she does represent more people than the other girls who usually win.

it makes me really sad when a tv series ends.
my favorite tv series would probably be heroes. i like a lot of other tv shows though, [ i.e project runway, one tree hill, sex and the city, ] mostly because it's my friends that really get into tv series. i never actually seem to find the time to keep up or stay on track with a series >____< it makes me sad | frustrated when i miss an episode so i usually try not to get addicted.
oh, i like america's next top model too but sadly i haven't been keeping much up with that either. [ i blame homework ] it's interesting what they make some of them do; such as asking them to give more in the look in their eyes? that just seems frustrating.
what was the name of the model that won? that is actually nice to know that they picked someone who isn't just all skin and bones.
oh yeah! i think i've heard of that movie but i don't know if i ever had the chance to watch it :[
ah, well living on my own i can't really afford dvr. i can barely afford cable O.o i wish i had dvr, my parents have it but a lot of good it does me living 2 hours away from them. have you been keeping up with oth as of lately? i seriously only kept up with it for three episodes and then i was swamped with studying for midterms n etc.
was it the recent cycle of america's next top model?

its in nm. and no they dont have any rules like that. just drama. even the teachers were on in the talking shit. its was pretty fucking amazing (sarcasm). but like i said i didnt get in trouble. and thanks to me a letter was sent out to the teachers telling them how to handle it.. so something good came out of it. bla. all of this on top of finals. w.e lol
