Everyday Forever
There are some things about toddlerhood that I wish I could hold on to forever.
Potty Training is NOT one of them.
Neither is it when they decide to pour their own cup of orange juice.
It IS in the mornings, after Jacob and I wiggle him out of his sleeper. He reaches for me and snuggles his face into my shoulder. The light shining thru the window illuminates every beautiful bit of baby-fuzz on his back.
I love just standing there, in the morning light, holding him and rubbing his sweet little back.
I could do that everyday forever.

I can say an amen to that! Those moments are getting fewer down here. Kinda makes me sad:( How old are all your children?
So, Crystal's moments are getting fewer ... but mine are non-existent!!
I remember trying to memorize that feeling knowing someday it would be gone. So glad you still have him to hold tight.
Little boys are so sweet, aren't they? I only have one boy (out of five munchins), so I'm trying to savor all the moments with him! I think it's neat that we both have Jacobs!
You know, I find that I still savor hugs from great big grown up boys that tower over me now...I don't look for the fuzz on their backs though...
:)))))))))))))))
