It's a little late now!

Some woman who ordered photos was very dissatisfied with the amount of time it took her to receive them.

She was also dissatisfied with having to order them online.

She was also dissatisfied with not receiving a parent album.

I explained to her that she did not pay for the photos, and therefore it took longer for her to get them. I also explained there was a technical change on the website that we use for ordering, and we had a few people's orders "hanging" out there for awhile before we even knew they were there. (Not cool, but nothing we could do about it--we did NOT know they were there.)

I explained to her that her dial-up connection was the reason why the photos were slow to load. She complained that she didn't get a proof book like at their other children's weddings, and I told her the proofbook is sent to the bride and groom, not the groom's parents.

Re: the parent album--she did not order one. Why would she expect to receive one?

Some people are just bitches.

I told her I would like to make it up to her, and was about to offer to send her a couple of free 8x10s, but she was very quick to tell me "Well, it's a little late now!!!!" when I apologized for the fourth time.

I really hate people like that.

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY! I GOT SPOILED.

Some people just cannot not be satisfied or happy, no matter what.  They live to wallow in dissatisfaction, and live to make everyone else around them miserable.

I hate people like that too.

Isn't it fun getting spoiled?

I hate people like that, too.  :(  Make that  >:(  I was about to say she sounds like one of those people who don't want satisfaction but only to make other people feel bad, but then I saw that MaryEliz already said that (more or less).

Happy Valentine's Day back at you!
