Asthma

I am out of Advair & Singulair and having the worst asthma attack.  I really wanted to get a bunch of things done today. Also, I was supposed to tutor!  And this weekend I want to have a yard sale, so I needed to price things.

Instead, I'm going to change clothes, get the laptop, and hang out in bed, trying to work while I cough my guts up and hope I don't die.

ASTHMA SUCKS!

What about breathing some really cold air -- from a freezer or AC?
Will that help?

Yeaah, it does! Sometimes coffee helps mine...the caffeine I think.

I told Steve I wanted to hook up an AC vent to my lungs!

Thanks, gals, I am going to go make some coffee and crank up the AC.

Yeah, go for coffee or even better, hot tea. Tea contains an ingredient that helps open up airways (or so I've read) and I forget what it's called. I do hope you feel better. There are several posts I've missed. I just got notice of your previous one in  my "daily digest".

Don't have time now for the IQ test -- maybe L8R.

I've got something else to send, but I'll message you.

~~Blessings 'n cheers, Donna

Hang in there, L. I have really bad asthma too, and I hate attacks.

Starlight mints or strong peppermint tea work for me in a pinch.

I hear ya... I had to actually resort to my inhaler last night.  I hate puffing on that thing... it makes me all crazy.

((hugs))
