tornados

Tornadic weather (heh, heh, he said "nad") going on outside.  We are okay right here, right now, but it has moved over toward Lenore_Happenstance's way.

So keep us in your prayers.  It is pretty scary-lookin' out there.

We in Tejas go through tornado season every spring, so know whatcha mean. This spring it was a double whammy for small towns surrounding us. First it was the tornado that blew through, destroying businesses and home, bouncing up and down as it travelled generally eastward, missing where I live. There was a lot of hail damage, too. However, I lost power only briefly. If that wasn't bad enough, what followed too soon thereafter, destroying more property, and killing one child, were the rains, rains, rains and flooding. "Mom" Nature has been on a rampage it seems.

Praying that the "tornadic activity" will abate soon.
