When cleaning rotten things out of hallowed spaces seems to be the rule of the day.

I am joyfully announcing the removal of my infected molar from my jaw at 1445 today.

I have been expediated.

If you say it like a Vermont'r and drop the tee it sounds like my dentist is a terrorist. 

He's helping me get my tooth liberated.

Unlike Rumsfeldt, I sincerely doubt my extracted by product will be able to land a multi-million dollar book contract.  Though he hasn't done it yet, one knows it inevitable that Rumsfeldt will be publishing something within the next few years.
