| | My voice is now completely shot from all the coughing. And we gained another ten inches of snow last night. It's still snowing. I doubled up on the Nyquil and it didn't really do that much good for suppressing the cough. I've slept an enormous amount in between coughing spells this weekend. I want to go outside and play with my dog or snow shoe- without the dog! or cross country ski. Anything but sit here in my own funk wondering why stress incontinence persists no matter how hard one contracts certain muscles in anticipation of a cough. A little later when The Chief sets the fire in the stove, I'll take a shower and don clean clothes. For now it's sweat and blech. On today's agenda: more rest. more coughing. more of the one thing that's helping me: an elderberry, raw honey decoction with herbs from Vermont Honey Gardens. They've got a wonderful mission and the product with which to attain it. God Bless The Honey Bee!
