| Alrighty... so it's been awhile since I've updated. This is really weird to see Xanga so high tech and stuff. Anyway, does anyone else think that Hester Prynne (from the Scarlet Letter) and Esther K** rhyme? I mean, is this a sign that I'll end up an adulteress who has a really old husband and cheat on him with a clergyman? I would hate to have a demon-like child!! Maybe when I'm prego (which will be in another lifetime hopefully), I'll look like I do in my profile pic! AHH!! I hope this is just mere coincedence. Okay, that's all I'm going to write, haha. I thought I would just leave everyone with something to think about. Have a Grey day. | | |
| X-GAMES IS BACK AGAIN!So in the past, I have gotten pretty craaazy with the X-Games with my exclaimation points and humongo letters, but this year, I've decided that I'll keep it simple and classy.
First of all, my all-time fave athlete besides Shaun White is of course... Travis Pastrana! Last night, he did the undone Double Flip in Motocross Best Trick. It was AWESOME! It was absolutely B-E-AUTIFUL! I don't think I've ever seen his perfect form in an even more perfect stance. It was amazing... Right now, I'm watching him do Rally Car Racing. I think he has a pretty chance of winning this, although that Scottish guy is the best in the world. Oh well, I know he can do it! Oh my 199...
My other fave athlete is as everyone knows... Shaun White! It was quite painful to see him competing in the Skate Vert Best Trick and him not landing the 1080. I was really rooting for him, especially on his last run when he almost had it. I'm sure next year he can get it, but I was really really feeling it. He's still amazing to me, and one day, I'll meet him and will pretty much fall apart at his feet. Oh I can only wait until that fateful day...sigh.
That's all until Travis wins another gold... hopefully it'll be his fourth!
Have a 199 day.
Good lord, he's glorious...

| - Tokyo Drift Hello all!
Today, I have been shoe-polished for the first real time, and I'm darn proud of it. It all started I guess when I went to the Capucille house to pick up a gift. While I was there, M. Farley was mowing their lawn, considering he's their lawnboy. Anyhow, I got the brilliant idea to shoe polish his truck. So I just put a few comments and shapes on his windows, nothing too big. Then last Monday at Soak 'n Float, we (Christy, Aly, and I) decided to shoe polish the boys' cars while they were at their boys' Bible study. We did most of the cars, totalling maybe 8 or 9. Anyhow I had a few threats about outdoing what we did by five times, but no real action... until today! So I was at King of the Beach, watching the annual spectacle of adults (and teens) running around screaming "MINE! MINE!" So my best bud Tyler comes up and says like something along the lines of "There's shoe polish on your car." He then assumed it was Nate, but Logan told me that it was Farley. I was like "What could it say?" because I assumed it was all whited-out, where I could see. It was not though! It said "For Sale"..."Must Sell"... "$4700"... "Call ***-**** (I'll keep this disclosed so there aren't crazies calling him)". This number was of course Farley's, so it really didn't make sense at all. Also I wrote this on Tyler's car last Monday at the advice of my leader, Christy. So this was not anywhere near original. Farley then comes and says "There's been an offer on your car" thinking I hadn't seen it yet. But he didn't know that I had shoe polished HIS car! That's a different story, but today was the first time I had ever gotten Big Bertha shoe polished! I did have to wash it off because people kept thinking I was crazy for selling my '02 Sequoia with only 6700 miles on it. I'm grateful to you though M. Farley, and I thank you for taking such good care for Big Bertha with your fancy shoe polish! You're the best, and if I wanted anyone to be the first shoepolisher, then I wouldn't want anyone different from you! Wahoo!
Have a gullible on the tree leaf day.
p.s. I think the pinnacle of this story is when they announced that a white Sequoia was for sale at $4700 in the parking lot at the DJ booth. It was AWESOME! | | |
