This is my dad, my dog (Happy) and I with a load of fire wood. This is the annual cousin picture from the Trimmer side of the family! From left: Nathan, Paula, Sarah, John, Luke (by the way, we're in order by age!)
This is me, Mom, and Paula at Frey Village. These are my adopted grandparents, Carl and June. | | |
| Has been an interesting week Let's see... Tuesday, to quell the rising tide of boredom, I volunteered at a UMC afterschool program at Neighborhood Center. Was there from 2-8pm. Was fun... the kids have sooo much energy! Then, onWednesday, I ventured into the inner city once again to be interviewed for a job with TeenHaven, a Christian organization that sponsors day camps for the summer. I applied to be a counselor for the summer, so we'll see if I get chosen. Sounds like it would be a fun, challenging position! I also finished Pride and Prejudice!! I agree, Merissa, if only to be Mrs. Darcy! Have been planning a birthday party for my friend Megan...Saturday 6-10:30pm! (Be there or be square!) Can't wait to see everybody one last time! Relaxed all day today...soon to be playing games with Mom and Dad. Oh, almost forgot, here's some pictures from Christmas 2004!

| Well, a slow day at my house... Dad at doctor, mom at work, Paula on computer, me reading Pride and Prejudice. Those who recommended Jane Austen, I commend you! This is hard reading, but I LOVE it!! About 70 pages to go... Played a good game of Scrabble.. Mom beat me...ugh, but it was close! (And I won yesterday. ) Well, that's the scoop! | | |
| Hey everyone! I am absolutely thrilled that I figured out how to add a picture to my site! Cool, huh? This is a picture of my dog, Happy. He's laying in his kiddie pool this past summer, cooling off. Those of you well acquainted with me are aware that I'm absolutely crazy about dogs, especially mine! Happy is a flat-coated retriever who was a stray. Our family took him in (but not in the house, mind you!) two years ago and he's been a joy to have ever since. I took him running with me today and then gave him a good brush job. I love this warm weather, but where's the snow?!! | | |
