hello everyone! here to update my blog again.

well, wat's happened since last Wednesday?

i've watched the Planet Shakers DVD, really nice, passionate praise and worship.

on Thursday went for Preparing Financial Statements ACCA class. let me try to reiterate whatever i learnt, this makes for good practice. er......learnt about IAS (International Accounting Standards), and Events after Balance Sheet Date issues, Intangible Non-current Assets. still need to revise, can't remember the details of these conventions.

Friday? hm...what did i do oledi ah? NOTHING, oh yeah, visited APIIT CF, was good to see so many new faces (for me, never seen them b4), encouraged to get to know some of them, and a Chinese christian! i mean from China! feel so privileged to meet one. met up with Boon Kiat, Vernier, Su En, and Jeffrey, was great, long time never chat with them, so we were talking and catching up on old times and talking about their current work. After that, i rushed from Bukit Jalil to Damansara Uptown to my old company, Deloitte, to collect my February paycheck, not much, hehe, anyway i wasn't working for the money, mainly the experience. was very glad to meet up with old colleagues and had a quick chat with many of them as i had to rush home to pick my brother for his tution. Spoke to Jooti and Kristina Fong, Theresa, Katherina, Raphael, Jonathan, Benedict, Mee Yen, Priscilla, didn't get to speak to some others. night time spent a bit of time reading stuff online and outlining the main questions and points for my Orang Asli trip sermon entitled Making A Stand For Christ.

Saturday was really busy. Morning was driving all around to help my mom pay bills. Afternoon, had a mission trip meeting from 1pm to 4pm. dunno why but i was a bit tired throughout the day, i think coz i did not sleep enough on Friday night and woke up early on Sat morning. we ate Domino's Pizza after the mission trip meeting as part of breaking fast, and ate while conducting our DG session. learnt about the different types of prayer. night time went with my brother and Yen Ling to CLC church for a worship session with Tim Hughes and a message presented by Mike Pilavachi, was my first time listening to him preach, he's really good and funny! Tim Hughes has put on a lot of weight, but he still sings well, and he sang a number of nice songs that i can't seem to find on kazaa, guess they're gonna be on his latest album. MU lost to Liverpool, but i somehow expected that kind of result from a lacklustre MU team.

Sunday wat did i do? er...go to church la of course, was a long session today, did a short skit with Oon Ee, my brother and Yew Juan on the No Apologies camp, wasted Kevin Khoo wasn't around, we managed to poke some fun at Jory though, hehe. sermon was on the Purpose of Trials. then there was baptism today. all in one plus Holy Communion. lunch time we (me and my family) really overate, ordered so much food! Char Koay Teow, Tandoori Chicken, Fried Oyster with Egg, Fried Sotong, Briyani rice with chicken kurma, chicken burger, Grilled Fish, mom ordered some Japanese dish. really full. Dinner was a bit light, although i was full, still managed to stuff myself with a bit more food. then night time, i spent time reading a book by Mike or Mark Hitchcook, about the end times called The Seven Signs of the End Times, out of the 7 signs, guess 1 was out since he was referring to Iraq, and it was written really shortly before America invaded Iraq, but the book is quite updated. anyway, gave me good insight, and now i'm gonna proceed to my next book called The Battle for Jerusalem, another book exploring end time issues. interesting.

yesterday wasted time, should've studied, but no, i didn't. Night class was long, Managing People ACCA class. we're gonna finish the syllabus really soon.managed to get some tips for the ACCA paper, tips on how to revise for it, so hopefully i can make use of those tips soon.

today? hm...doing revision on Financial Information for Management, on the Basis of Absorption, Allocation/Apportionment/Reapportionment of overheads...mainly calculation, Under/Over Absorption stuff. really good that i got to revise.

okay, i have to rush out now for a while to help father do something. tonight got mission trip meeting, we're gonna practice our skits for the trip! WOohoo!
