The Rise of Islam
Last night at church we watched a teaching from Pastor Jack Hibbs titled The Rise of Islam. Back in May our College and Career Pastor emailed us this link to a similar teaching from Jack Hibbs at a Prophecy Conference. I'd say the video we watched last night was better, updated with interviews, but that link I posted is the best I can give you guys. However, I browsed around Jack Hibbs' church's website and found a teaching from Walid Shoebat, one of the guys interviewed in the video we watched last night, at a Southern California Prophecy Conference titled Why I Left Islam. So that led me to browse YouTube to see if there were any interviews with him that I could post, and there were!

@arielleelise - Yeah, the movie was very sobering. I've been viewing every day life a little differently. I kind of already have, imagining from time to time what life as we know it would look like if something just totally turned it upside down. I've been thinking about how every generation I've known in my lifetime has gone through something BIG. My great grandparents went through the depression. My grandfathers were in the military during WWII. My parents saw what the 60's did to our culture, but also got to be a part of the Jesus Movement in the 70's. And then there's my generation... and I wonder what life-altering thing I'll live through. All I know is I want to be prepared as best as I can be for such a day.
