Hmmmmm...I'm Canadian and I can pretty much guarantee there aren't 57 states (unless they added some extras when I was away last week; guess the union COULD have suddenly enlarged) Hey maybe he added in some of the provinces? we often feel like people consider us part of the States...You take out Alaska and Hawaii and he's defintely been SOMEWHERE the rest of us don't know about!
