so it would seem as though staples is getting into the medical market. you can get exam room supplies, stehoscopes, otoscopes, blood pressure devices, medical files and forms. what next, staples carrying surgical staples?
some people say med school is a lot like high school with the drama and whatnot. i'd say it's more like elementary school. dodgeball and coloring are suddenly acceptable again.
For the past seven weeks we've had exams every week. on top of that we've had random assignments (including a 23-page research grant proposal). I can't remember doing anything else other than studying in that time. Now, we have exams coming up in 2 weeks, but i suddenly have nothing immediate for one week to cram for, and have no clue what i should be doing, leaving me with a sad revelation that...i have come to measure my life by my exams.and with 2 weeks of break, i'm now in a time warp.
i just got tested on the reproduction, which is to say 90% female reproduction. I had no idea how it worked before, and i still have no idea how it works now.
Dear UPS guy, Today is 5/7/08. you made your first attempt to deliver 1 package at a time between 10:30 am and 2:00 pm and have been unsuccessful. You will try again on 5/8/08 at a time between 10:30 am and 2:00 pm. You, my good sir, are an idiot. It should be quite evident that unlike many individuals who have made headway in the competitive and cutthroat industry of parcel delivery, there are those of us who do not have housewives or depressed elderly parents who are home all day to wait for the package. It would be much appreciated if you would deliver the package at a time that is convenient for me to be at home, namely, after 5. Unfortunately, you will try again another 2 times, during which I cannot pick up said package from the UPS center. I appreciate the thought that you have placed into designing your system, and your dedication to deliver my packages to me between 10:30 and 2 on weekdays....again....and again....and again....and again. i think it's probably because i'm taking neuro right now, but i thought this video was the funniest thing. i didn't think this was funny when i saw it as a a kid though...
