  • Context

My lawyer mentioned this blog...said in the coming suit, it might be used.

    So be it.

But I hope the judge has the wisdom to make them use ALL of the entries...like the ones about how hard it is to get treatment...or when they denied me my surgery after THEIR own doctor agreed with mine.  I hope they have to offer evidence about how much the accident changed my life, and limited me so severely.

One sentence...or one pargraph taken out of context can make anyone look foolish or worse.

But someone really should have to explain how some of their "experts" came to their judgements. Like the latest letter---where one so called doctor said that it was not "medically needed" to remove the plate last year to fix mt neck. How they were supposed to do that without removing it is anyone's guess...but three different doctors said it was the way to go...including Doctor Darryl Antonacci...and he's one of the best surgeons in the US for that sort of work...

    So...context is everything.
