OFFER ACCEPTED! Once a
year I buy a lakefront property because of two main reasons: 1)
for vacation rentals it's amazing - anyone interested in investing in
real estate this is a great way to go because you can't get stuck with
a tenant you can't evict - people come and leave right away within a
week or two and 2) it's better than ski chalets because i mean ski
chalets are good but ok anyway better than ski chalets because I'm a
little over those right now.
So poor Nicole has to get in here and furnish this home. It's
huge and has what seems to be 1/4 acre of grassy front area and private
beach and dock. I assume that's all grass because they said the
property comes with a tractor mower. What's a tractor
mower? I wonder if Nicole knows how to drive one?
People think it's weird that I buy real estate over the internet, or
that I bought my last three without even seeing them first. It's
more fun this way I think! And I haven't been surprised yet, in a
bad way.
Anyway, it is an existing resort and spa and I believe it already has
bookings. Since this is April I can still get in with a fast
escrow and take over for summer rentals. Wish me luck to a speedy escrow close!
