WE GOT BUSTED!

So we were walking into the trade show at Javits Convention Center for the big photography trade show and we got inside about 30 feet when we got surrounded by people asking for the new LS2PJ. We brought a few units, Melissa had some in her backpack and I had some in my Porter Case. We thought, OK a clean $40 and it's yours no shipping. Check out the open Porter Case below with the stash. LOL.

So we had the case open and a huge crowd started to form and all of a sudden here comes Trade Show Security - freaking busts us for selling on the trade show floor! LOL. I mean all they said was you have to go to your booth (Pictage) and so we did. They said I could sell inside my booth but I didn't want to take any attention away from Pictage's excellent speakers so we put away the LS2's for good.

We are sorry but we are not returning to the Trade Show tomorrow because we just are going to hang out and fly out in the afternoon.

That bites. Fifteen minutes and you guys would have been sold out anyway. I've been using my LSPJ a lot lately and I love it.

I was able to read Photo's post and am confused as to the issue. Did Photo slander Gary? No. In looking at the picture it doesn't appear to be the case. Something so trivial gets the hook wow!

None the less that had to be funny to walk into somewhere, have people recognize you than want to buy a product you are selling.

when you mentioned that you were going to sell unofficially at the show earlier, I had a feeling this was going to happen. At issue is exhibitors paid to be in the show. You didn't have to pay rent. Maybe you should've passed out cards telling people which hotel room you were at certain window of time. Then you would've made out on a cool $2000 ($40 x 50 LS2PJ's or did you have more than that?).

I THINK I BOUGHT ONE OF THOSE WATCHES!!! I could never figure out what the little removable dome was all about...then I saw a post on digitalclockwatchers.net with a tutorial about how removing the dome in a room with high cielings makes it soooooo much easier and clearer to read the digital time. I'll never be late for another appointment...you guys rock.

(oh, and that was also pretty cool how under the trench-coats both of you were just wearing LS-PJ's...)

It was soooo funny watching the security lady. She seriously watched you two like a hawk. I think she might have tackled you if you left the Pictage booth:)
