| | I COULD'VE BOUGHT THIS INSTEAD FOR THE SAME AMOUNT I am a super bargain hunter. When I bought the HMS Kelowna, I got an incredible deal on it - which is why I bought it. Then I put together a spreadsheet and figured out how to get it to pay for itself by doing yacht charters and renting it out as a movie boat. (when they make movies, they rent boats like mine equivalent to a movie trailer) Anyway, Brian is working on my yacht charter service, and I've been getting him the specs for the boat. So I went on the yacht site, and the current model for my boat is the same price I paid for my ranch!
Dude, if you put $100,000 down on this boat pictured to the top right, your payments would be $5,800/month for 20 years! How do they sell even one of these things?
I was starting to feel excessive with buying the ranch but honestly I could be a lot stupider with purchases. Why do I look for screaming good deals? For example I could've bought this boat pictured here, or I could've bought this a fleet of five HMS Kelownas for the price of this one.
