| | 169.4 - 5.4 pounds from my goal!!
This is the first time I've seen the first two digits, "1" and "6" together in probably 20 years. When I went to the doctor's office in February complaining of pre-diabetic conditions... they said my optimum weight should be 165, and at the time (photos on left) I was over 200. If you've followed this blog, I lost nearly 30lbs in a month of simply changing the insulin level peaks. Spreading meals 5 hours apart - lots of water in between with no snacking and having flax/pumpkin/sesame and sunflower seeds with nonfat yogurt in the morning really helps. Eating the seeds reduces the absorption of glucose, which keeps your insulin levels down, which will then stimulate HGH on the fifth hour. The most amazing thing is that my weight is still going down even though I'm pretty much off the exact diet. I'm so glad it's off of me. I feel free. |
