 TODAY'S FLOWERS IN SEATTLE

This morning, Jess, Lauren and I went to grab some coffee and there's a really cool florist on the ground floor of our building.  As I was passing by the window yesterday - he had a collection of the most trippy looking lady slipper orchids - massive in size almost five inches... and really deep in color.  And he had these REALLY great budvases that look like teardrops.  I got them in forest green and orange (green for the Seattle apartment, orange for the ranch).  Budvases are awesome for orchid stems.

Then he had these beautiful huge white lilies, and a vase perfect for this apartment.  He did the arrangement, but it lacked a little color, so he added a vivid blue huge hydrangea and used it as a base for the lily stems.  It looks amazing.

I really love flowers they are so awesome.  I think I really got into them working with the best floral decorators in L.A. when I was doing high end weddings.  Once you start to stop and smell the roses, it gets very addicting.
