| | HAPPY BIRTHDAY LINDSAY!!!!
 Lindsay is such a gentle, kind person and a wonderful teacher. She is so patient with me when I ask her zillions of really mindless questions about horses (do they eat hay?). I guess I am just excited and she is sweet to not make fun of me for knowing so little.
One day, I was walking around the pasture, and Rodan started following me around! I was like, Hey Lindsay! Look! I made a breakthrough! He's following me around! And Lindsay said "Oh wow! That's great!". I didn't know that horses pretty much follow anybody around all the time and she didn't laugh at me.
Many of my friends have already met Lindsay and Jesse, and they are a large part of the reason we love life at the ranch. First of all, they know how to run a horse ranch. Second of all, the thing we do most at the ranch is hang out and go, yep!
Jesse built a spectator bench at the arena, and one of our favorite things is watching Lindsay work the horses. I can't wait until we get back to the ranch and have a birthday celebration. So many of our friends have birthdays right around now - Lauren Harris, Lauren Chapman, and Lindsay all have birthdays within days of each other and we are all going to be in Canada in a little bit and we're going to have a celebration at the ranch.
