HEY YOU ALL!

I was teaching defense of the faith today at the Chrisitan club at school...

TONIGHt (Thursday) we had our church midweek fellowship and we had my Pastor's friend there...he was a real smart guy with like degrees and all...

It really moved me to want to know more about everything, particularly history, theology, philosphy, other cultures, science and apologetics...I want to know more of everything...

I know many Christians often oppose this idea of gaining knowledge as being too "doctrinal" too condemning...

I want to know more to be able to help those who doubt, those who have intellectual barriers towards Christianity, and to help people and enjoy God in everything...

I think this year that has been very evident in God's work in my life...

I never thought this interests in the beginning of my faith would later be a blessing to so many people...

Years ago, as a new Christian who was struggling with so much intellectual materials I was reading with, it was so hard when christians even a pastor would just told me not to think or look at the other side...

I remember reading books upon books by atheists, extreme Islam, Eastern religion, philosphical neo-Darwinianism and cults...

thought it was just a weird hobby. But the Lord uses that now...

when ever people at Campus Crusade ask crazy questions about something as diserse of a spectrum as to what I think of Rob Parsley's SPiritual warfare, Atheistic Freethinkers, the doctrine of Maya in eastern religion and even a strange little cult call Raelianism...

I want to know more of everything...but the thing I want to know the MOST is of GOD...

That great fire that you have for God and wanting to know everything.In last year,i believe that God has used you,for many things.I do also believe he has great plans for you.How can anyone be oppose to gaining knowledge.Knowledge is power.God well use that power to His will.Just goes to show you,that hobby that you thought was weird .God using it for His purpose.Just keep it up Bro,learn all you can.God has a purpose for it.Just wait see what wonders he has in store for you!!!

Hey, im tottaly sorry i havent been reading your xanga, but in all honesty, i havent been reading anyones..not even updateing my own as much as i usually doo..but yes i do need prayer. prayer that 2morrow (the 21st) i pass my CPR class again..and that i get a good lifeguarind job on base, but that it dosent take much time away from Rob because i want to spend as much time with him as i can before he gets deployed. but yea, its all good! not really,but ya know. we need the extra income, things arent looking to hott right now, but we arent THAT bad, ya know? i just need prayer for strength and whatever else u can throw God's way for me. i've been so stressed lately, i'm just hopeing i dont start with my anxiety attacks like i normally get, which lead to my panick attacs..(crazy stuff) im way to stressed for a 17 year old girl!!!!!! lol. and then at that, im married to a marine at 17!!! BA-LAH! lol... well thanks agani..and thanks for eltting me pore on you alittle, it means a lot! -Stacey
