QUESTION OF THE DAY: What do you pray about?

THANK YOU FOR THOSE WHo PRAY THAT I CAN HEAR FRoM SOMEONE FROM LOUISIANA!
Yesterday at work, I got a hold of Eric Guieffreda, who lives like twenty miles from New Orleans...
He drove to North Carolina for a non-weather related incident: To see his twin brother, Daniel (whom I'm really really close with) because he just returned from IRAQ today!
Their whole family is well, but there's minor damages to his house...nothing to complain given those in New Orleans...

But there's two more guys I still can not get a hold of...
Spent most of the day researching and working on this veteran's organization thing...
For those of you more new to my xanga, several friends of mine have been interested in forming a new veteran's organization but its hard starting from scratch and the paperwork to be non-profit appears daunting...

I'm hoping this is a good thing, but I'm concern at how much the organization formation is depending on me and how I feel that some people's motive is more for selfish gain...
And I'm a bit concern that most of those involved are going to be shaky in their commitment and seek their own petty benefits that in the end it is not what I am bargining for...
But I won't bog u down with the details, sigh...
I hate politics...
Don't want to sin by talking too much...

SO I"m going to go to the Father and pray,
Dear Lord,
I thank you for the salvation you have given me, a salvation by grace alone which I would never ever deserve.
Father, I pray for those who are still suffering from Katrina, be with them all, give them your abundance of grace oh Lord.
Thank you for Daniel's safe passage back from Iraq and the rest of his family being okay.
I pray for this veteran's organization and the mean words that are involved in the process...Lord, I feel the burden is not fair and the attitude given is unjust. Guide me, provide other's effort as well.
I pray for those who drop by this xanga,
Lord I know there are atheist, non-Christians and even Christians who have questioned the wisdom of the things I've said lately...
You oh Lord, are my God, and my witness; May they see you despite whatever wrong I might have incurred.
But my conscience remain true.
IN JESUS NAME I PRAY,
AMEN
