I helped out in someone's local campaign for City Council today

Politics is so thirtry; I got something from the Mail that was completely bogus and I thought it was outrageous to see that liberals in local politics also hit a new low, just in the National Level: Forged documents and a forged signature of a government official, with a fake address of where and a fake name of an organization that does not exist.

Why do people do things like that?

The FBI and the Postal service are investigating.

eh, i guess tha'ts politics for you. haha yeah - school is over ending for the quarter but it's hectic huh? haha well we can get through =)

Both sides get so nasty sometimes, its hard to tell if there even is a good guy in the crowd to vote for. Ugh.

ryc: growing up, I read the scriptures about the persecution of Christians and such, but I never thought it would happen to me, in any form-- because I'm in America. I'm still kind of in denial about it, or rather a disbelief and astonishment that it happened.

Thanks for your comment. My son graduated from UCLA almost 2 years ago now. He was in the Airforce (weather squadron) for 4 years. He served in Bosnia, Korea and finished up at Vandenburg. He lives in L.A., but has recently returned to Korea to teach English for a year or two. He really likes it.
