No, sorry I'm intel.  I wish I could be infantry now, but the Army won't let me b/c of sensitive information and such.  But this summer is my last summer as an enlistedman.  I'm about to be a cadet... hopefully.  Wow, thats a lot of traveling for a reservist!  Good luck and keep in touch.  We may be different branches, but like my CO says, "One team one fight!"

it was awesome meeting Allan yesterday....i still think i freaked him out, but i suppose he'll get used to it eventually.... Nancy's survived 19 years with me, so i think we'll be okay.....       ; )

and i'm still happy about getting my future bro-in-law wet with that oh-so-wonderful water balloon! = P your phone didn't get messed up i hope...?

next time we do another outing i'll bring barrels of water ballons, so watch yourself!!!

Yeah...I think we're on the same page, politically, from what I read in your Xanga, but I wanted people of all opinions to be able to get past conflicting views in order to honor the soldiers.

Believe me it sucks.  Cadets don't understand what it takes to be a TRUE soldier.  ROTC cadets play Army and nothing else.  They treat everything as fun and games and not the real deal.  Frackin... dress it left, ate up uniforms, jokes about enlisted men.  I hate being a cadet.  I really wish they could just direct commsion me to an LT so I won't have to go through this bull. 

And I'm not looking forward to RE-gaining the respect of my NCOs.  Being an Lt ain't nothing but being a high-priced private.  Don't get me wrong though, some cadets are squared away.  Most of them are prior enlisted like me.  Our best cadet is a Special Forces NCO.
