It's been a good week. It looks like we're going to have a day and a bit more the rest of the summer, off. Which is sooo nice. This Wednesday was our first one. So we celebrated with a nice long bike ride. I don't know how "safe" it is to bike when pregnant...last time around I refused. This time around, I love it...it makes me feel so much better about being pregnant, less confined I guess. ha.

Hosanna loves her "bike" and yeah, it's pretty much the coolest thing ever.
We rode out to the lake, which has quickly become Hosanna's favorite place to be this summer...and I love that. It's my favorite place too!

She liked pretending to be an alligator.
That evening we went as a family to see Evan Almighty. good movie. I suggest it.
Yesterday, we put dredlocks in one of the coffee shop kids hair. And by we, I mainly mean Josh.

They turned out pretty good I think. We're revolutionizing this place. It's time for changes of ANY kind.

and hosanna.
she doesn't have dredlocks, just pretty red hair.
I was going to make this post last night, but suddenly out of nowhere Hosanna got a fever, and proceeded to throw up a few times through out the night. Strange. I feel like she gets this sickness a lot. I was thinking about it a lot, why my babe seems to keep getting this thing. Is it the coffee shop? and just being around all these people? Is it because her immune system was wounded when she was in the NICU when she was first born? Then last night also had some crazy events...go along the lines of Demon possesion, the demon talking to Josh and his friend Ben, as they were praying for this other guy...so I began wondering if this fever, and puking thing, is more spiritual then anything...shrug. It's just a thought. I just wonder because whenever she gets it there's always something big spiritually going on at the same time. thoughts?

you cheater!! you hid your belly in the picture! I didn't mind biking while pregnant I just didn't want to do it on the road b/c of dangers.. and my back hurt after a while. Doesn't yours hurt? I"m so jelous of your bike trailer! it's nicer thanours!
Hm, the sickness could definitely be spiritually induced. Pray into it and see...
The lake pic was great. I miss Hosanna!
Spiritual warfare should never be under estimated, nor should fasting and prayer to combat it. But I also think demonic activity preys on weaknesses that are already present, like Hosannas propensity to catch illnesses quickly.
Pools suck. yuck.
I didn't have the opportunity to bike while I was pregnant but I knew one thing for sure: I wasn't hopping on a bike after giving birth!! Not for a few weeks anyway! I guess I could have when I was 8/9 months pregnant but I don't think I could have!
I met a girl recently who said that when she got prayed over for deliverance (her words. she had been put under a curse as a child) that she was also healed from all kinds of allergies and stuff at that time. Interesting huh? Sounds like you guys deal with real spiritual presences and attacks up there. Lord protect little Hosanna and let her not be affected!
