The things we are fighting so hard for, against the inequalities, discriminations, and forces that are against us because we are different or smaller in number, will one day be gone. And the next generation will not even feel the difficulty that there once was. I will not be resentful that we work so hard and the effort would not be acknowledged by the future generation. I will be happy that we could leave behind a legacy that they would not feel the shame and go through the difficulties we are facing. I will be proud that there would be no more reason to acknowledge them at all.

The fight will always continue. It maybe a different arena but until we learn we are one family it will go on.
your blog's so serious now!
@Fatcat723 -
This is from my observation
When one wave of oppression/prejudice is over (sort of), people begin to oppress on another group...
When one group is freed, another is stumped upon...
Children in Industrial Era-->Women's Rights-->Civil Rights-->Gay Rights-->...
Maybe I am still short sighted
RYC: I agree with you totally. You are not being shortsighted. Peace comes with love which means accepting individuals the way the Creator made them. And LOVING them.
Ya...it would be nice if one day people don't need to write papers about the psychological effects of marginalization, discrimination and stereotype.
Oh btw, You know Paul too!~~ He's famous! =)
life goes on, just be patient man!!!
It's a shame they'll miss out on all the fun of being a victim, without all the whining and carrying on and self-righteousness... How will they exist like that? It will be so boring, a life without purpose...
