I am in SLC...well, Tooele to be exact
I'm taking a nice little break between my undergrad and post-grad schooling right now and just working and what not. Should be fun. I'm working at the Lion's House Pantry as a baker. It's really a blast apart for the fact that work starts at 4 in the morning. I'm trying to also get a job at Zion's Bank so fingers crossed on that! I just want to save up as much money as possible for more schooling. Well, I won't save all of it. I have some fun plans for this summer/winter which include, going on a motorcycle trip, going to Japan in fall, and lots of beautiful Utah skiing. Sounds like fun huh? Yup, I thought so.
I'm also debating between a nurse practitioner career/health administration or law. Kind of a toss up for all three. I really enjoy health and medicine, but I know I have a knack for law. I love reading (I'm a voracious reader in my dad's words) and enjoy the liberal arts side of school. I dunno. I really SHOULD be praying about it and I know I will, but it still is my responsibility to go through all the options and weigh them out before I approach the Lord with some help regarding my decision.
Other than that, just enjoying Utah and getting myself ready for the upcoming HOT summer. I've only endured a Utah summer for days or weeks at a time, so this should be intersting. Lots of sun screen, swimming and air conditioning will be in order.
Have a great weekend! Go Jazz!

It is tough deciding what you want to do with your life. Do you have any "hands on" experience with working in a medical setting? Or a law firm? Maybe you could volunteer or look for a job in one of those areas to test out the water a little, and then of course, praying is always a good idea. =)
