| | suddenly got 3k bonus, better than nothing!!!!!! a bit happy~~ but, my manager didn't received any, how comes??? he supervises & guides me to work, i got the bonus but he didn't...... i think i've said some wrong, i shouldn't tell him i got the bonus~~ No system here, who ought to get the bonus & the amount just depends on my boss' decision, not related to your performance.....the release of bonus reflects that my boss does appreciate me & he does dislike my manager!!! |
