| The body is an amazing thing. I just threw up 2 rounds of my salad and lettuce came out of my nose. Over the course of the next two hours, by body realized that there was food in my nasal cavity so it created much mucus to surround the wayward travelers and allow me to show it to the door. The lettuce is now gone and the mucus has subsided, allowing my systems to return to normal. We are highly adaptive beings, that's all I'm saying.
In other news, I went to Seattle, Washington this week and visited the first Starbucks on Pikes Place in downtown. Pictures to come.

| I weigh 160 and i'm feeling pretty tough. I'll probably fall sometime soon and dissapear again. Royals, showingsome signs. 54th st. Bar&Grill- my new staple food joint I long for the day when pooping my pants will no longer be a concern. I've chatted with people from around the world in the past month which is cool. I'd like to meet someone from every country before I die.
It is far easier to love a myriad of deceptions than it is to love the truth. Believe that.

| This has been neglected.
I'm not having surgery...an ultrasound revealed that there's nothing wrong with me, so go figure. I'm back to the gym to lift heavy things and work off the long days of work. It's kinda fun.
Go Royals |

| So today I went to the ER today because i thought my appendix was rupturing and i couldnt really move, and i got medicine that felt weird. Turns out i think I have a hernia so I'll probably be getting surgery before too long.
Right now I'm watching a movie on the Oxygen channel. Yeah, I know. |

| I took a last minute trip to Tan-Tar-A on Friday- last night and played 3 rounds of golf with my buddy Danny and his dad. It was certainly a break from the normal weekend and nice to play golf.
I'm sunburned.
I just got another pound of pikes place blend and that's pretty exciting.
Watching the Royals tonight.
I'm still kinda fat.
That's all i got.
***I forgot to say that I played a course yesterday that I've always wanted to play and it was gorgeous. A perfect golf experience through the hills. Simply beautiful. It's called Old Kinderhook. check it out |
