This weekend was a good time. The kids had fun being with church friends all weekend (Justin, teen study, Zinnel's, etc.... Here are some highlights (and videos in blog)

Friday night Niki, Shea and I went to a SE Polk Junior High basketball game. We missed Ryan Curtis play but made it in time to watch Justin Stevens and Coach Harvey (my brother). Sharon and Meagan told me I would be entertained watching not only Justin but Tim. They were right! Fun was had by all; I was really glad we went.

After the game we went and visited mom and dad. Shea was all smiles.

Saturday morning was another BB game for Maddy. Although I didn't actually get her on video making any of her lay-ups, she had a really good game and made lots of shots and assists.

Saturday evening the kids and Marc went to the monthly teen study. This time it was at Tim and Ann Casey's home. Marc gave Ann's cooking five stars! The kids gave Marc five stars for his on-line quiz over Daniel. Rodney and Courtney brought their lap top computers so they could compete in teams. Marc called it a tie as he said there are no losers when studying the Word of God....just learners! If you would like to test your knowledge on the Daniel test go to the P-Hill website and click on Quiz Central. There you can register as a student and then login and take the test. Try it out. It's fun!

While they were gone to the study Shea and I read books. He surprised me and showed me he was a quick learner and roared like a lion after our jungle book.

Sunday I wished he hadn't learned to growl! He liked his presence to be know that way at church!

I am amazed how you get so much packed into so little time! The Daniel quiz was genius- way to go, Marc! Loved the pictures of Coach Tim, and the Coach Tim groupies- plus the star athletes showing their skilz!

there WOULD have been a winner, but technical difficulties arose and aparently the girls know how to steal internet, since we were the only ones still online. It would have been interesting to see who would have won though.

What's the story behind that adorable knit outfit? The growl is very manly :).

I like the expressive coaching photo of Tim. I think you should make a collage of them for a gift for him.

Tim and Matt look so much alike from that picture of Tim. I've seen Matt make that move a time or two during an athletic type activity.

Shea certainly is looking more and more like Marc everyday. What a cute red-head in that blue and white numba'!

Shea is looking so grown up! I miss all of you guys. I worked half a day today and came home and went to bed. I wish I could kick this thing. That is my goal for this week!! I feel like I have been sleeping my life away the last week, but I must need it or I wouldn't be able to sleep that much. I loved Shea's growl, he is growing up so fast! Tell Niki and Maddy hi for me and tell them I miss seeing them and give Shea a kiss for me. While you're at it hug yourself from me!

We had alot of fun with you guys. I'm not sure what is more fun, watching they boys or Tim??? I love the video of Shea talking to your mom, that is soooo cute. Thanks for letting Justin hang out with you guys Friday night/Saturday, he had fun. We'll have to get our girls night out planned soon, as soon as Ms. Dani gets better. Thanks for posting those videos for me too

I've always wondered what Tim's coaching style would be like. Thanks for the sneak peak.

Oh, and Shea's sweater is awesome, so soft and snuggly looking.
