  • Views From The Singapore Flyer

    Last Friday evening, the hubby and I went on The Singapore Flyer, Singapore's latest tourist attraction which opened only in April 2008. It is the world's largest observation wheel. At its highest, it stands 165m above ground and offers panaromic view of the Marina Bay and the city skyscrapers. The flight lasts about 30 minutes and cost SGD30 (USD22).

    My honest reviews? Not quite worth the money. Luckily our tickets were sponsored so I did not feel the pinch. The views were not really breathtaking. Yes, there is the Marina Bay but it is no Pacific Ocean. Maybe I am too cynical but I don't see any big deal seeing the city skylines. They are just buildings.
