ps... you are right... I think I may need to do meds maybe just for a few months. I've managed so well without them for 10 years... but things are really tough right now. I'm finding it exremely difficult to battle both physical and emotional trouble at the same time. And it it ridiculous to sit there and drink to get to sleep. UNCLE I SAY!!!
