Remember when I said I hated exercise- that I would rather do anything
rather than have to work out? That I would prefer to not eat in order
to lose weight?
Well... I had a talk with Thomas this weekend about these last 4 and a
half weeks of altering my diet. I have been successful with my weight loss- loosing a little
over 2 lbs a week with just watching what I ate and how much I ate
(sticking to 800-1000 calories a day). So far things have been great!
It has been a little difficult to suppress my appetite but the results
have been worth it.
However, I realize that this weight loss is NOT
going to continue if I keep up this pace. I fear that my body is going
to slow down. I am finally feeling as if I am on a ROLL and I REALLY
can't stop now. I am closer than I have been to transforming myself
into something else. I need to reach my goal...
SO Today I made a call
to the place where I take my yoga classes at work and made the commitment to
join the Gym! (Gasp!) Not only the gym- but I will have a trainer
there to assess my progress. Now instead of Lunch I will go to the gym
to work out. It is the ONLY way I am really going to do this. I mean- I
have complained so much about it in the past that even I GOT TIRED OF
LISTENING to myself- not listen... The only way this is really going to
happen is to work harder. So I am. Not to mention that this will only
cost me $25 a month.
I think that between this and Friday Yoga Perhaps I will see some changes- Maybe not changes like Jenette Goldstein (Vasquez from Aliens)
 or Linda Hamilton from T2
 but maybe a little stronger version of me... Hehehee! Okay I better run... More later! XoxoxoxoX
