Dark Chocolate with Orange Marzipan

janeface528
Today- I REALLY match... Thanks to target and this new skirt...
I mean- after all, most of my wardrobe is full of "Brown" with..."fill in the blanks".
See what I mean- Thank you Target for allowing me 12 extra free minutes in the morning for getting ready. All I have to do it MATCH everything by color. Haaa!
It is like a Grown Up version of Garanimals! Heee!

Anyhoo- Thomas and I had a nice weekend. It was filled with things such as:

Friday night dinner with Jason and Lisa- a COLD night out to Friday's, and books, coffee and watching some TiVoed things at their house for a few- before having to leave to get to the grocery store before 10:00pm.

Saturday, I woke up at 8:00am and started to really clean and straighten the house for some of Thomas's friends who were coming over. After a nice quick shower- I spend the day out in the studio with the boys and working on some art. Later that night, I took it easy and went to bed around 11:00pm! Super Early for me... But I was really tired.

Sunday- Thomas and I had to go to Rockville to get some "good" printing paper for my printer "Somerset Velvet Radiant White "- I realized I was out and needed some FAST! There is a great photo shop down there so we took a quick trip- ate at P.F. Chang's and then went to buy paper. It was a lovely afternoon! Later I was back out in the studio working.

Along comes Monday- and I am up working on the Business End (Heee!) of my art- updating my sales log and printing out labels. After I finished- I took a quick shower and then Thomas and I ran to have a quick lunch- followed by shopping at the local Target and then to Baltimore Coffee and Tea- for some GOOD coffee! I bought Seville Orange and some Chocolate Raspberry! So good! BUT it was so funny- when we were checking out- Thomas- who loves good dark chocolate- decided to buy this lovely item:

Dark Chocolate with orange
marzipan! As the nice woman at the counter was ringing us up- two big pounds of flavored coffee and the marzipan- she says,"Hummm... I bet you two don't have kids do you?"- and to our delight and my laughing- I said, "12 years together and NO KIDS!" and then I said as I laughed, "What gave it away!" haaa! She laughed... I guess people don't always go and drop over $25.00 on coffee and candy...? Haaa! Oh well...

So the rest of the day was spend finishing up our errands and then heading home to work again... outside... in the studio.

Not too bad a weekend! Today- I am eating lunch and getting ready to go to the gym again and start back on the road to fitness...Wish me luck!
More later!

I LOVE that color combination. I believe brown is the new black. Brown is the softer side of black ... heehee!

Thank you for your wonderful comment on my new blogspot. I agree, as much as I like blogspot I just can't give up xanga. I think it is the group of friends I have made on xanga that keeps me coming back.

Have a fabulous day!

Luck luck - and that skirt is delicious.
And if breeding types aren't spending $25 on good coffee, they should at least have the decency to not blame it on innocent children! hee hee.
